We\u0026rsquo;ve got plenty of content out there for men about sports, tech, food, and hobbies. And there\u0026rsquo;s plenty of clinical, formal content about mental health. But there\u0026rsquo;s not much that puts it all together in the same place, from the same person, in a way that feels real.\nI lost my younger brother to suicide. I\u0026rsquo;ll be honest — it messed me up. It changed how I see the world, how I think about communication, relationships, and what it means to actually be okay versus just saying you are. Depression from a male perspective is something nobody wants to touch. You\u0026rsquo;re \u0026ldquo;soft\u0026rdquo; or \u0026ldquo;weak\u0026rdquo; if you show feelings. That\u0026rsquo;s garbage, and I think most guys know it — they just don\u0026rsquo;t hear it from other guys enough.\nSo this is me being that guy. I\u0026rsquo;m not a therapist. I\u0026rsquo;m not a life coach. I\u0026rsquo;m just a dude in Nebraska who smokes brisket, plays video games, watches too much sports, and has some things to say about life.\nWhat You\u0026rsquo;ll Find Here # Things We Don\u0026rsquo;t Talk About — Mental health, grief, relationships, communication, and the stuff men carry but rarely say out loud. Culinary Delights — Recipes, BBQ techniques, and the joy of cooking for people you care about. Video Games — What I\u0026rsquo;m playing, what I\u0026rsquo;m thinking about, and the occasional hot take. Sports — Hot takes, cold takes, and everything in between. Nerdy Stuff — D\u0026amp;D, esports, tech, and all the gloriously geeky things that make life interesting. Random Thoughts — Exactly what it sounds like. Life\u0026rsquo;s weird.
